Flexi Works India Pvt Ltd is located over at Namrata, care of TK Veni CE Murthy in Guru Raghavendra Layout. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we are. This layout is a quiet spot, away from the main noise of the busy roads. The building itself is a standard residential structure that we’ve adapted for our needs. We have a couple of rooms set up with basic furniture. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a glossy magazine. It feels like a real office where real work happens. There are wires running along the walls and stacks of folders on most surfaces. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, usually working on different projects at once. The light in the main room is quite good in the mornings. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small nameplate. Usually, people find us because they already know where we are. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with everything, whether it's answering the phone or cleaning up the coffee station. The neighborhood is mostly homes, so we try to keep the noise down. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. It’s just a practical, no-nonsense place to get things done. We don't need anything more than this simple setup. It works for us day after day.
