Fleches Software Solutions Private Limited is situated in J.P. Nagar 7th Phase. We are in the B-4 Block of Elita Promenade, specifically flat 1603. Working out of a residential-style complex like this gives us a bit of a different vibe than a standard office park. It is a bit quieter, which helps when you are trying to write code or figure out software bugs all day. We use the 18th Main to get in and out, and the traffic around this part of Bangalore is about what you would expect. Most of us have been in the software world for a few years and decided to set up here because it’s a good location. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small group of people who actually enjoy solving technical problems. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and extra monitors. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing unless it's necessary. Usually, we just talk over our shoulders to get things sorted. The view from the 16th floor is actually pretty nice, which is a bonus when you need a break from the screen. We keep our operations pretty low-key and straightforward. There are no fancy mission statements pinned to the walls, just some to-do lists and maybe a calendar that hasn't been flipped to the right month yet. We just want to build good software that works like it is supposed to.
