We've been at Kumaraswamy Layout for a while now. Our office is right on the 18th Main. It's a busy spot but we like it here in the 2nd Stage. It's just a group of us working on IT stuff for Fistcom It Solutions India Privatelimited. We handle a lot of the technical side for different businesses. Mostly, we sit at our desks all day trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It gets noisy outside with the traffic on 8th Cross but that’s just Bangalore for you. People usually find us easily enough because of the landmark. It's not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular setup where we get the job done. Sometimes it’s long hours, especially when a project is due. We drink a lot of coffee and tea to stay awake. It's not a big corporate machine here. We know each other's names and families. If someone needs a hand, someone else jumps in. That’s how we’ve always done it. We've been in this South Bangalore pocket for a bit and seen the area change. More shops popping up everywhere. It’s a good place to be based. We mostly deal with software and system things that most people find boring. But for us, it's just what we do every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping things running for our clients. It's honest work and we like being part of the neighborhood.
