Firstsource (Icicionesoruce)

Firstsource, which many people around here still call Icicionesource, is located at No 22 on 8th Main. We’re right near 16th Cross in Muthyalanagar, under the Gokula Post in Bangalore. This is where we come every day to handle our business operations. It’s a large building and there are a lot of us working inside. We deal with all sorts of customer service and data tasks. The neighborhood is a mix of residential houses and other offices, so it feels quite local despite the size of the company. Bangalore is a city that never really stops, and it’s the same for us at No 22. We’ve got rows of desks and plenty of computer screens. It’s not the kind of place with fancy art on the walls or expensive furniture. It’s a functional office meant for getting work done. We spend a lot of time on the phones and managing different projects. Sometimes the commute through Muthyalanagar is a bit of a struggle because of the narrow streets and traffic, but we’re used to it. We’ve been at this 8th Main spot for years now. We don't try to sound like a polished corporate machine in our daily lives. We’re just a bunch of people working together in Gokula Post to keep the business moving forward one day at a time. It’s a routine that works for us and keeps the building busy.
