First Source Solution Limited

We've been working out of this spot at 25/2 Payapa Garden for a while now. It’s right on Queens Road in Shivajinagar, which is a busy part of Bangalore. Most of us here at First Source Solution Limited just focus on getting through the daily tasks. The office is usually humming with the sound of keyboards and people talking on phones. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace where we handle whatever needs doing. We’ve got a mix of people who have been here for years and some new faces too. Lunch breaks usually mean heading out to the local spots nearby or just eating at the desks. It gets pretty humid in Bangalore sometimes, so the fans are always going. We don’t really do big meetings or long speeches about goals. We just come in, do the work, and head home to our families. If you’re looking for us, we’re tucked away in that garden area. People sometimes miss the turn because of the trees. It’s a straightforward place, nothing more and nothing less. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the pile. That’s pretty much how it goes here every day. No one is trying to change the world, just keeping the business moving along.
