First 4 Physio Clinic

First 4 Physio Clinic is located at No. 9 C in the Narayanappa Complex. We are right on Maheshwaramma Temple Road in Mahadevapura. If you know where the More Super Market is, we are tucked just behind it. It’s a busy area of Bangalore, especially with all the IT offices nearby, but our little corner stays relatively calm. We’ve been working out of this 560048 spot for a while. The clinic has some open space for exercises and a few tables for treatment. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a place where people come when they’ve pulled a muscle or have some back pain from sitting at a desk too long. You’ll often hear the sound of people doing their stretches or the hum of the machines we use. The walls are a simple color and we have some charts up to show how muscles work. Sometimes the wait area gets full, especially in the evenings when people finish work. We just take things one person at a time. It’s a practical setup. We know most of the people who come in because they live in the apartments around here. We’re not a big chain, just a local physio spot trying to help folks move a bit better. The walk from the main road isn't far at all. We just keep the place running and focus on the physical therapy part of things.
