Firdose Clinic

Firdose Clinic is situated at No.17 on 2nd Main Road. This is right off Nagawara Main Road in the Venkateshpura-kadugondanahalli area. That is quite a long name for a neighborhood, but it is where we are. Bangalore 560045 is a lively place with plenty of shops and houses packed together. Our clinic is just a small part of that landscape. We have a simple front door that opens right onto the main path. Inside, it is just a normal clinic with a desk and some chairs. We deal with all sorts of people from the local streets every day. Some of them are our neighbors and some are just passing through. The 2nd Main Road can get pretty cramped with scooters parked everywhere, so you have to be careful when you are walking. We don't have any fancy equipment that glows or makes loud noises. It is just a place for regular checkups and health talks. The walls are decorated with a few old posters and a calendar. We try to keep the place cool with a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. It isn't a corporate office with a big staff. It is just us doing what we can to help out the folks in Venkateshpura. We stay open until the sun goes down and then we lock up and head home like everyone else. It is honest work in a busy neighborhood.
