Fiorano Software India Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Unit 1 of the Inventor Building. It's inside ITPL out in Whitefield, which means we deal with that specific Whitefield traffic every single morning and evening. The IT park is huge, so finding the right building can take a minute if it's your first time visiting us. Once you get to the Inventor Building, it’s pretty much like any other tech space in this part of Bangalore. We’ve got our computers, some half-dead plants near the windows, and way too many cables everywhere. The team here works on software, mostly just sitting and coding or looking at logs for hours on end. It’s quiet most of the time, except when someone decides to bring in snacks or there’s a small birthday celebration. Being in Whitefield, we have all the amenities nearby, but usually, we just stick to the canteen inside the park because it's easier than leaving the gates and coming back. The air conditioning is always a bit too cold for some, so most of us keep sweaters at our desks even during the summer months. It’s a serious enough environment, but it feels lived-in and real. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing with motivational posters on the walls. It’s just people doing their jobs and waiting for the commute home. The view from the office is mostly other glass buildings and parking lots.
