We’ve been running Finz India Outsourcing Solution Pvt Ltd for a while now from our spot at 137 Kulappa Circle. It’s on the 2nd floor, so you have to walk up the stairs, which keeps us moving I guess. We aren’t a massive operation with fancy glass walls and people in suits everywhere. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks making sure the work for our clients gets done right. We do a lot of back-office stuff that other companies don't have time for. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have a big project, but we manage. People often ask what we actually do here, and it's basically just keeping things organized for businesses that need an extra hand. We’ve stayed at 137 Kulappa Circle because it’s a good location for the staff to get to. The 2nd floor has its own vibe. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or just seeing our sign. We try to keep things simple and honest. Some days are better than others, especially when the internet acts up, but that’s just how it is.
