Fen Fang Restaurant, Cochin

So we have this place called Fen Fang Restaurant. Even though the name mentions Cochin, we are actually located right here in Bangalore at KP Agrahara on 4th Cross. It’s a busy little spot. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or making sure the tables are wiped down. The neighborhood is always moving, and we get people coming in for a quick meal during their break or families who don't want to cook at home that day. It isn't a five-star place with white tablecloths. We have chairs, tables, and the smell of cooking hanging in the air. We serve food that we like to eat ourselves. Some days it’s really crowded and you might have to wait a few minutes for a seat, but we try to move fast. The address 13/4 isn't hard to find once you get into the cross streets of Agrahara. We've been around for a bit and seen shops come and go. We just keep our heads down and focus on the pots and pans. Sometimes we run out of a certain dish early if it’s a busy Friday. That’s just life in a kitchen. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It's just a local restaurant where you can get something hot to eat and then get on with your day.
