Felicity

The shop is called Felicity and we are situated at number 664 on the 28th Main in BTM 2nd Stage. It’s a good location, especially being so close to Asha Motors, which everyone in BTM knows. This part of the city is always moving, with students and office goers everywhere. We wanted a place that felt a bit more grounded, so our setup is quite simple. It’s not one of those high-end boutiques where you feel out of place. We just have our items laid out and we spend the day keeping things tidy and talking to whoever drops by. BTM 2nd Stage can be a bit of a maze with all the mains and crosses, but once you find 28th Main, we are right there. The space inside isn't huge, but we make the most of it. We don't have a big staff or a complicated management structure. It is just a few of us making sure the shop is open and ready. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve tried to make the place feel welcoming without being over the top. Most of our customers are locals who live a few streets away. We like that regular connection. It’s not about hitting big targets for us, just about keeping the shop running and being a small part of the BTM layout community. We take things as they come and try to stay organized.
