Working in Koramangala VI Block means you are never far from a good place to eat, but it also means you spend a lot of time looking for parking. Fcoos Technologies Pvt Ltd is located at 93/A, and it’s a pretty standard office setup. We have the usual rows of desks, a few whiteboards that are always covered in half-erased scribbles, and a stack of old servers in the corner. The vibe is pretty casual; most of us wear jeans and t-shirts. We do tech work, which means there’s a lot of trial and error involved. Some days things go smoothly, and other days we’re all scratching our heads until six in the evening. There is a lot of light in the office during the day, which is nice, but it can get a bit stuffy when the power goes out and the backup takes a minute to kick in. We have a small balcony where people go to take a break and look at the traffic below. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, but we do keep busy. There’s always someone coming in with a new problem to solve or a project that needs a bit more attention. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the machines running. Sometimes we order pizza when we have to stay late to finish a project.
