We spend our days dealing with travel plans, which means a lot of staring at screens and waiting on hold with airlines. It can be quite tedious work, but someone has to do it. The neighborhood of Mathikere is always lively, with students from the nearby institutes and plenty of small eateries. We usually grab lunch from one of the local joints nearby. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place with some computers, printers, and a lot of ringing phones. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over a ticket, which is always annoying.
