We run our travel setup out of Karnal, over in the Urban Estate area. The exact spot is 67/13 Ext, which is a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main roads. We spend most of our time looking at tickets, checking routes, and talking to people who want to go somewhere. It started out small and it’s still pretty much a local operation for the community. We know the roads and the trains around Haryana quite well. People come in asking about holidays or just how to get to the airport on time. We use the computers all day and the phones never really stop ringing during office hours. It gets a bit hectic when it's vacation season but we try to keep up with the demand. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and some chairs for people to wait. We like being in Karnal because it’s home for us. Sometimes things go wrong with bookings, like a flight gets delayed or a hotel is full, and we have to spend hours on the phone fixing it. That’s just part of the travel business. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It's just us here working through the lists every morning. Most of our customers are from nearby houses or shops in the estate. We’ve been at this address for a good while and people know where to find us when they need a trip planned.
