We are located at 142/A on Gangamma Temple Road, right near Gangamma Circle in the Jalahalli Post area of Bangalore 560013. Fcm Travel Solution (I) Pvt Ltd is basically a small team of us working out of this office to help people figure out their trips. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we sit down with maps and computer screens. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day, trying to get tickets sorted and itineraries planned out for folks. Jalahalli is a decent part of town to work in, though the traffic near the circle can be a real headache during the morning rush. We don't have a big marketing department or anything, we mostly just rely on people finding us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. Most of the time, we’re just busy trying to make sure nobody gets stuck at an airport or loses their booking. It’s a lot of detail work and sometimes we get a bit stressed when things go wrong with the airlines, but we do what we can to fix it.
