We have been here in Pillana Garden for a while now. It is a quiet enough spot in the 3rd Stage, tucked away on 2nd Cross. Mostly we handle travel bookings and corporate stuff for people who need to get from point A to point B. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some computers. My morning usually starts with checking emails and seeing who needs a flight or a hotel. Bangalore traffic can be a real mess, so getting here takes some patience, but once we are in, it is just steady work. People drop by sometimes or call about their trips. We try to keep things moving. It gets busy around the holidays when everyone wants to go home or take a break. We handle the paperwork and the ticketing so they do not have to deal with the messy websites themselves. It is mostly just us answering phones and typing away. The neighborhood has some good tea stalls nearby which is a plus during the afternoon slump. We have seen the area change a bit over the years. It is just a regular office life here in Bangalore-560045. No big speeches or anything, just travel work day in and day out. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage to get by. That is pretty much who we are and what happens here at No 27. It is not glamorous, but it is what we do.
