Favourite Developers

We are located at 21 2 St. Johns Road, in the St John Building within Rukmini Colony. It is right near Lavanya Theatre, which is how most people find their way to us. Favourite Developers is the name of our small company. We work out of this office every day, dealing with various building projects and land details. The building itself is an older one, but it has a lot of character and fits the neighborhood well. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our plans and meet with contractors. It is not a high-rise office with glass elevators, just a regular place where we get our work done. The area around St. Johns Road is usually quite lively, especially with the theatre nearby. We see a lot of foot traffic and people going about their business. Inside, we are usually busy with phone calls and checking on site progress. It is a bit cramped with all the maps and blueprints lying around, but we like it that way. It feels like a real workspace. We have been here in Rukmini Colony for a good bit of time now. We are not interested in being the biggest developers out there, just in doing our job properly from our little spot near the theatre. It is a simple life of planning and building, and that is what we do at Favourite Developers.
