If you know Bannerghatta Road, you know the traffic is a nightmare. Our place is at No.54 in Ns Palya, right in the middle of all that activity. Fashion Factory International Pvt Ltd is a busy spot. We have a lot of rows of machines and people working on different garments all day long. It's loud because of the sewing machines and the fans. We don't really have a fancy office area; most of the space is taken up by fabric rolls and finished boxes waiting to be shipped out. The heat can get a bit much in the summer months, but we just keep the windows open and carry on. We’ve got a system that works for us, even if it looks a bit disorganized to someone walking in for the first time. We handle big orders, so there is always a sense of a deadline hanging over us. The staff here is like a big family, we eat lunch together and complain about the commute. We aren't trying to be some high-fashion boutique. We are a factory. We make things, we pack them, and we send them out. It’s honest work. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to scramble to fix it, or a shipment gets delayed. That’s just the way it goes in this business. We stay focused on the tasks and try to keep the errors to a minimum. It’s a long day for everyone here.
