F&B Controller

You can find us over at No. 12/11K on the 1st Main Road. It’s right in the New Kalappa Block, which is part of the Ramachandrapuram area in Bangalore. Being an F&B Controller means we spend a lot of time looking at numbers and lists of supplies. The office is in the 2nd Cross, and it's a bit of a maze to get here if you don't know the streets well. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a small space, mostly filled with files and some old chairs that have seen better days. The neighborhood is pretty lively, with a lot of small shops and people moving around all day. We usually start our morning by checking what came in and what’s going out. It’s not the kind of job that gets a lot of attention, but it's what we do. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, the delivery drivers know exactly where the door is. Sometimes the noise from the main road is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep our heads down and get the counting done. There’s a guy who brings around coffee in the morning, which is usually the highlight of the day. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to keep things organized and tidy. It isn't much to look at, but we get the job done right.
