We operate out of an apartment in Shriram Luxor on Hennur Main Road. It’s a busy road, but once you get inside the complex, it’s much quieter. Famx is really just a bunch of us focused on software research and development. We don't have a big storefront or a flashing sign. Most of our time is spent looking at screens and trying to figure out how to make things run better. Research sounds fancy, but it’s mostly just trial and error and a lot of reading. We started this because we liked the idea of working on our own terms. Being in an apartment means we have a kitchen and a place to relax when the work gets a bit too much. Hennur has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings, but it's a good place for a small setup like ours. We don't do much marketing or sales pitches. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they need something specific built. We’re in flat A-301. It’s a practical space. We’ve got our servers set up and enough chairs for the team. We don’t really care for the corporate polish you see in the city center. We just want to write clean code and solve problems that make sense. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go as planned, but we keep at it and see things through to the end.
