We have been here at Vijaya Nagar for a while now. Our office is on the second floor, right by the BSNL building, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are walking around the neighborhood. It is usually quite busy with people coming in to ask about train timings or bus routes for their next trip. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at computer screens to see what seats are available. It gets a bit loud sometimes because the street outside is always full of traffic, but we are used to it by now. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and making sure people have their tickets printed out correctly. We don’t really do anything fancy here, just basic travel stuff that helps folks get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes in a small office. We know the local area well and most of our regulars live just a few streets away. It feels good when someone comes back from a holiday and tells us they had a decent time. We just keep things moving every day, making sure the bookings are done and the files are kept in order on the shelves. It is a simple setup but it works for what we do.
