We are located right here at 25 Vijaya Nagar on Kalbadevi Road. It stays pretty busy around this part of town, which most people know already. Our office is where we handle all the travel bookings and things like that. Most days start with checking emails and answering the phone when people call to ask about train tickets or bus routes. It is not a fancy place, just a regular office with desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best way to get someone from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone lines act up, but we just keep at it. People come in and out all day long, some just to ask for directions or a quick price on a flight. We’ve been here for a while now and the locals know where to find us. There are piles of paper on the desks and posters of different cities on the walls, though some are getting a bit old. It gets loud outside with the traffic on Kalbadevi Road, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We do not do anything flashy, we just try to get the tickets printed and the itineraries sorted out so people can go on their trips. That’s pretty much how it goes here every single day from morning until we close up.
