Factworks India Private Limited

We are located over at 2/102 on Gangadhar Chetty Road. It is right near Ulsoor Lake in the Hanumanthappa Layout. It is actually a pretty nice spot to be, especially with the lake so close by. You can sometimes catch a breeze if the weather is right. Factworks India Private Limited has been in this building for a bit now. It is not a skyscraper or some glass-and-steel monstrosity. It is just a regular building in a regular neighborhood. We have a few rooms where the team sits and gets through the day's work. It can get a little noisy with the traffic on Gangadhar Chetty Road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights. We just have our name on the directory and that is enough. Inside, it is mostly just desks and a lot of cables. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing with team-building retreats or motivational posters. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and talk to each other like normal human beings. Most of us have been around here for a while, so we know the local shops and where to get a decent lunch. It is a straightforward existence. We run Factworks without any pretension. If you are ever walking by Ulsoor Lake and find yourself in Hanumanthappa Layout, you are basically right on our doorstep. It is a good place to work.
