Being in the 9th Block means we are in a slightly busier section, but the 38th Cross itself isn’t too bad. Our office is a straightforward IT setup. We have our desks, some computers, and a small area where we can sit and have lunch. We don’t have a big HR department or a marketing team; it’s just the people who actually do the work. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need a lot of formal rules. We just show up around the same time and get started on whatever is on the list for the day.
