F5 Events & Services

F5 Events & Services is based out of a house-turned-office at 29, 1st Cross in APC Layout. It is in the Thindlu area of Vidyaranayapura. Being in the events business means our office is often full of gear like speakers, cables, and banners. It is never really tidy here. We spend a lot of time on our phones or out at different venues across Bangalore. When we are back at the office, it is mostly to reorganize for the next job. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is a nice change from the loud events we handle. We have been in this part of town for a while. Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot on the street when we are loading the van. Our team is a mix of people who have been doing this for years. We do not have fancy titles or a big lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people do not really see. It involves a lot of lists and checking things twice. Bangalore traffic usually dictates our whole schedule, so we are always checking the maps. We just try to do a solid job and make sure everything arrives where it needs to be on time. It is hard work, and your feet hurt by the end of the day, but we have gotten pretty good at the routine. We just keep moving from one event to the next.
