F Bar & Kitchen is right here in Rajaji Nagar on 6th Cross. If you know the 1st Main in Manjunath Nagar, you’ll find us easily at number 177. It’s a lively part of Bengaluru and there’s always something happening on the street outside. Our kitchen gets pretty warm when all the stoves are going at once. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients and making sure the floor is swept. It's not a huge space but we make it work with what we have. Most of us have been working here together for a while so we know the rhythm of the place. You can hear the sounds of traffic and the occasional auto-rickshaw honking while we work. In the evenings, the lights around Rajaji Nagar start coming on and the vibe changes a bit. We don't do anything too complicated here. It’s mostly about getting the orders right and making sure things stay clean. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore catches us off guard and we have to move things inside quickly. The neighborhood has a lot of families and people just going about their day. We like being part of this little corner of the city. It’s not a polished corporate setup or anything like that. Just a kitchen and a bar where we show up every day to do our jobs. There’s always a crate of something being delivered or a menu being scribbled on a chalkboard near the door.
