We’ve got our office set up here and it’s a pretty basic spot. We don't have those fancy espresso machines or a gym in the building. It’s just a place where we come to work and do our thing. The commute can be a real pain because of the Bangalore traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s alright. We have our desks, our computers, and we just get to the tasks at hand. The team is small and we all know each other’s names and stories. We don’t do big meetings that last for hours; we just talk across the room when something comes up. Jayanagar is nice because there are some decent places to grab a bite nearby when we get tired of the office. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything, we’re just Ezminds Solutions Inc doing our regular daily tasks. Sometimes the rain starts suddenly and we all have to run out to move our bikes from the street. That’s just how it goes here in the afternoons. It’s a practical life. We work, we chat a bit, and we go home. It feels like a real community in this part of town. No corporate fluff, just people trying to do a good job in a busy city.
