We are based out of the ground floor of the Gangothri building. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 10/1 85/1 on the 2nd Main Road in Mothi Nagar. It’s right off Adi Kabir Ashram Road in the R T Nagar area of Bangalore. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us without having to hunt for an elevator. Extreme Soft Management Solutions Pvt Ltd has been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just a place where we sit down and get our work done. We have a few computers running and there’s always someone on a call or typing away. R T Nagar is a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We don't really go for the high-end corporate look. It’s more about having a functional space where we can focus. Sometimes it gets a little crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the day-to-day management tasks that come our way. We’ve got a small kitchen area for tea and coffee which gets a lot of use. It’s a pretty standard setup for a Bangalore business, just folks working hard and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the city noise. We just take it one day at a time here.
