We work out of D-702 in the Rose Garden Apartment on Banneraghatta Road. It is a bit unusual being located inside a residential complex, but it works out well for us at Extasie Solutions Pvt Ltd. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a kitchen and a small balcony, which is actually quite nice when we need to take a break. We aren’t one of those big tech firms you see in a giant glass tower downtown. We are just a few people sitting at desks in what used to be a living room. Banneraghatta Road is always jammed with traffic, so we usually see the cars crawling by from our window throughout the day. It is a relaxed atmosphere in here. We don’t wear suits or have any kind of formal meetings. Most of the time, we are just typing away on our keyboards or talking over some new ideas. The neighbors in the building are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down as much as possible. It is not a corporate headquarters; it is just our daily workspace. We don’t have a big sign outside the gate, just the apartment number on the door. People who need us usually know how to find the Rose Garden building. We handle our projects without a lot of overhead. It is just a simple way to run things.
