Our office is located at F-306 in Poorva Graces, which is an apartment complex in the Amruthalli area of Bangalore. Explorer Media Network operates from here, so it has a very residential and quiet feel compared to the big tech parks in other parts of the city. We chose this spot because it is easier for the team to work in a place that doesn't feel like a cubicle farm. We have our desks set up in the different rooms, and the balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break from the computers. We handle a lot of media networking stuff, which means there are always cables and routers being adjusted. Bangalore weather is usually good, so we keep the windows open most of the time. It is a small setup, just a handful of us who show up every day to manage the network and talk to our partners. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually just call when they are at the gate. It is a relaxed environment, though we do stay busy with the technical side of things. Sometimes we walk over to the local shops for snacks or to get some air. It is a simple way to run a media business, and it suits the way we like to work.
