Expera India Pvt Ltd is located in Flat 301 of the Divya Apartments. We’re in Vinayaka Layout, over in the TC Palya area of Bangalore. It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes it a lot more relaxed than being in a big commercial building. We don't have elevators that take forever or a big security desk to sign in at. We just walk up to the third floor and start the day. The flat has been turned into a functional office with desks and a few filing cabinets. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if it brings in the noise from the street below. We don't have a corporate cafeteria, so we usually just bring our lunches or go out to one of the small places nearby. It’s a very low-key environment. We aren't interested in sounding fancy or using a lot of buzzwords. We just handle our business, talk to our clients, and try to keep things organized. TC Palya is a growing area, so things are always changing around us, but our little office in Divya Apartments stays pretty much the same. It’s a simple, no-frills place where we focus on the task at hand without any unnecessary drama or corporate layers.
