Our office is out on Harlur Road in the Sarjapur area. It’s a part of town that has grown a lot lately, so there is always construction nearby. Exito Group is based here, and we mostly focus on organizing business events and summits. The office has a very practical feel to it. There are rows of desks and people are usually on their headsets talking to clients or partners. We don't have those fancy bean bags or ping-pong tables you see in some tech offices. It's just a place to work. Sometimes the traffic on Harlur Road makes getting in a bit of a chore, but once we’re here, we just get on with things. We have a small kitchen area where we grab coffee. The walls have some posters from past events we’ve done. It’s not always perfectly organized; there are always boxes of badges or lanyards sitting in the corners. We try to keep things simple. We talk to each other across the desks instead of sending too many messages. It’s a collaborative atmosphere but without the forced corporate bonding stuff. We’ve been in this location for a bit and we like the local food spots nearby. Our goal is just to make sure the events we put together actually happen without any major issues. It’s a lot of coordination and follow-ups every single day.
