We work out of Flat 1101 B in the Brigade Residency. It’s situated on Chikalsandra Main Road in the Uttrahalli area. Being in a residential complex like this makes for a different kind of office vibe. Exilant Consulting Pvt. Ltd. has its space on one of the higher floors. The view from the window is mostly of other buildings and the busy road below. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you are coming from the other side of town. The apartment itself has been converted into our working space. We have desks set up in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we usually just use the small kitchen area for tea. The security at the gate is pretty strict, so guests have to sign in. It’s a safe and quiet place to get things done. We don't really follow a corporate dress code here. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable. The Uttrahalli neighborhood is growing fast with new shops opening up all the time. We’ve seen a lot of changes since we moved in. We just focus on our own work and try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a simple, functional office for our small team. We just take it one day at a time and do the work.
