Our office is on the first floor of Bhandari Nilaya. We are at number 12 in the Srinivasa Reddy Layout, which is in Ramurthy Nagar, Bangalore-560016. It’s a typical Bangalore layout with narrow streets and lots of houses. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks. We like the first-floor spot because we can see what’s happening on the street. Ramurthy Nagar has a lot of energy. We don't have a shiny lobby or anything. It's a working office. We focus on media and that keeps us busy from morning till night. Sometimes the power goes out, but that’s just life here. We have our own way of doing things that doesn't involve fancy jargon. We're just a small team in a big city. The Srinivasa Reddy Layout is a decent place to be based. We've got the local stores nearby for snacks and whatever else we need. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We just focus on the work that needs finishing. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been here a while and we know the neighborhood well. Exchange4Media is the name we go by, but we are just regular people. We try to be helpful and get the job done right. It's a busy life but we are used to it by now. The street is usually full of bikes.
