We’re located on Race Course Road, right on Hare Krishna Road at 23/2. Even though the name says Excelsior Travels Pvt Ltd, we’re not some huge, cold company. We’re actually a pretty small team working out of this office. We’ve been here for a long time, and we’ve seen the city grow up around us. Most of our work involves sitting at our desks and figuring out the best routes for people who need to get somewhere for work or a bit of a break. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly. We deal with airlines, hotels, and transport providers every single day. Some days everything goes smoothly, and other days it feels like every booking has a tiny problem we need to fix. We don’t have a big marketing department writing fancy things about us. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for years and people know where to find us. We try to be practical about everything. If you want to go somewhere, we’ll tell you how much it costs and how long it takes. No fluff, no nonsense. We just want to make sure the tickets are right and the dates are correct. It’s a steady job, and we enjoy meeting different people who walk through our door near Hare Krishna Road. It keeps things interesting for us. Sometimes we even help people with their passport forms if they get stuck on the questions.
