You can find our office in Unit 607, Block S03, over at Smondoville in Electronic City Phase 1. As most people in Bangalore know, this is a very busy area for technology companies. Being located in Phase 1 means we are right in the middle of all the daily activity. The Smondoville complex is quite large and can be a bit confusing to navigate if you are visiting for the first time. Our office space is not very big, it is just enough room for our small team and the equipment we need. We spend most of our hours troubleshooting and working through various technical problems that come our way. It is not always the most exciting work, but it is what we are good at. The whole area is full of other tech workers, so you are always seeing people with office badges and laptop bags walking around. We do not have any mission statements or goals painted on the walls. We just have a large whiteboard that is usually covered in messy drawings and lists of things we need to finish by Friday. Lunch usually involves going down and grabbing something quick from one of the food stalls nearby. It is a very practical and honest environment. We do not wear formal clothes or follow strict corporate protocols. We just show up, do the work, and then head home. It is a bit crowded here, but that is just part of the job.
