Exartech Solutions Llp is based up in Yelahanka New Town. We are located at No. 10, SWWC, in the 4th Phase area. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from South Bangalore, but we like it up here. The area has its own rhythm that suits us. Our office is a straightforward setup where we handle all our technical work. There isn't any fancy decor or expensive art on the walls. We just have the essentials to get through the day. Sometimes the power fluctuates or the rain makes things a bit messy outside, but we just keep going. It is a small group of us, so we all know each other well. We do not follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. Most days it is just jeans and t-shirts while we focus on the projects. We eat lunch together often and talk about things other than work. Being in the 4th Phase means we are near some decent local spots for food, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job and go home to our families at the end of the day. It is a practical way to run things. No big speeches or goals, just people working at their desks in Yelahanka.
