We are over at H122 on the 3rd Main in GM Palya. It’s a bit of a tucked-away corner of Bangalore, near the old airport area. We work on various software projects, so there are a lot of cables and monitors everywhere you look. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are kind of narrow. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and see us working. It’s a pretty casual environment; we don’t really care about dress codes as long as the work gets done. There are a few small eateries around the corner that serve good idlis in the morning. Sometimes we all go out for a quick bite when we’re stuck on a problem. The office gets some good light in the morning, which is nice. We’ve got a whiteboard that’s usually covered in scribbles and diagrams that only we understand. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The fans hum all day long to keep the air moving. We aren't a huge company, just a group of people who know how to code. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. People sometimes wander in looking for other businesses because the numbering on the street is a bit confusing. We just point them in the right direction and get back to our work.
