Ever On Properties

Our office is at 2931 Banashankari 2nd Stage. We are right across from the railway station. Because of that, there is always a lot of noise and people moving around. Ever On Properties has been here for a while. We spend a lot of time watching people come and go from the trains. It is a good spot for a real estate office because everyone passes by. Inside, it is pretty simple. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we look at property listings together. The maps on the wall are starting to fade a little, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people who walk in. Some are looking for a small flat, and others want something bigger. We tell them what we know. We drink a lot of water because it gets hot in the afternoons. The office doesn't have fancy air conditioning, just a couple of fans that buzz. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and some spreadsheets. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works. When the trains whistle, we sometimes have to pause our conversations. It is just the way it is here. We are just trying to help people find a place to stay or invest in.
