Eventus Integrated Management

Our office is tucked away in a spot called Simmy Villa, which is number 52, right near the Kalaniketan School in the Kudlu Madiwala part of Bangalore. We’ve been operating Eventus Integrated Management from here for some time now. It’s a decent area, though the traffic can get a bit much during school hours because of being so close to the gates. We handle a variety of management tasks and event-related work from this building. It’s not a fancy glass skyscraper or anything like that, just a practical space where we can sit down and get our heads together to plan things out. Most of the team lives nearby, so we have a good feel for the local Bangalore scene. We find that being in a residential-style building like Simmy Villa makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a sterile office park. We have our desks set up and plenty of coffee on hand to get us through the busy stretches. People often stop by to drop off papers or just to chat about upcoming projects we are handling. We try to stay organized, but like any busy management place, there are always piles of notes and schedules lying around. It works for us though. Being near Kudlu gives us good access to the rest of the city when we need to head out for site visits or meetings. We just keep at it every day.
