We’re located in the Laxminivasa Building, which is 71/5 on Elephant Rock Road in Jayanagar 3rd Block. If you know Bangalore, you know Jayanagar is a great area with lots of trees and old houses. Our company, Eventshouse, Jayanagar 3Rd Block, B'Lore- 560 011, has been based here for a while. We aren't some big, stiff corporation. We’re just a group of people who organize things. The office is a bit cluttered because we always have stuff left over from different events, like banners or boxes of supplies. It’s a busy place, especially when something big is coming up. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just plan events and make sure everything is where it should be. Sentence lengths vary because sometimes we’re in a rush and other times we have time to chat. The building itself is an older one, which we actually prefer over those new glass boxes. It has some character. We’ve got a couple of small rooms where we meet to figure out schedules. It’s not always perfectly organized, but the work always gets done in the end. Most of us walk to the local spots for lunch because the food in Jayanagar is hard to beat. We’re just a local business trying to keep things moving on Elephant Rock Road.
