Our place is located at 327 in Jayanagar. It’s just a standard office setup, nothing too flashy or modern. Ethic Soft Technologies Pvt Ltd has been running from here for several years now. We have a few rooms filled with computers and whiteboards that are usually covered in messy scribbles and diagrams. It can get pretty cluttered when we're in the middle of a big project, but everyone seems to know where their things are. The street outside can get quite loud during the middle of the day, so we keep the windows shut for the most part. We’re a small group, so there’s no corporate hierarchy to navigate. If someone has an idea or a problem, they just talk to whoever is nearby. We do a lot of back-end work that people don't really see, but it keeps everything running smoothly. Jayanagar is a great place to be because of the food options and the general energy of the neighborhood. We often find ourselves staying a bit late, not because anyone tells us to, but because we’re stuck on a coding problem and want to finish it. We’ve got a couple of old couches in the corner for when someone needs a break. They’ve seen better days, but they’re still comfortable. We don't put much effort into marketing. We just focus on the current task and hope the quality speaks for itself.
