Eta Star Property

Our office for Eta Star Property is at No. 5, 12th Cross, on the 2nd B Main Road in S R Nagar, Bangalore. If you’ve ever been to S R Nagar, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic and people moving around. G.A. Dass is usually around here making sure things are moving forward. The office is right in the middle of it all. It’s not a polished corporate suite. We have some old filing cabinets and a few desks that have seen better days. Property work in Bangalore is always a bit chaotic, and our office reflects that. There are maps on the walls and stacks of property papers everywhere. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing plan. We just talk to people, show them what we have, and help them with their property needs. Some days are long, especially when we have to deal with a lot of paperwork or site visits. We usually grab coffee from the place around the corner to keep ourselves alert. It’s a very local way of working. We know the streets of Bangalore well and we know the property market here can be tricky. We just try to be honest and do our work without making a big fuss about it. That’s how we operate here in S R Nagar.
