Esteem Group

Esteem Group is located at 239 Sankey Road. It’s a well-known road, and we’ve been here for quite a while now. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine, just a practical space where we handle our daily business. We have a lot of windows, which is nice for natural light, but they get dirty pretty fast with all the traffic outside. Most of our day is spent dealing with land details and construction schedules. There is a lot of coordination involved, and sometimes things don't go according to plan, which can be frustrating. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a group that uses big slogans or fancy promises. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it's full of people shouting over each other to be heard. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best ideas happen. We’ve seen the skyline around Sankey Road change quite a bit over the years. It’s part of the job to notice those things. We don't try to impress anyone with big offices or expensive suits. We are just a regular team working in a regular office, trying to keep everything moving forward without too much fuss. People who come to see us usually appreciate that we don't beat around the bush or try to sell them things they don't need.
