Essgi Infotech

Essgi Infotech is based in Rajajinagar, specifically on 6th Main Road in Maruthi Extension. We are in the Narayana Gowda Building, No. 11/1, not far from Harishchandra Ghat. It’s a unique part of the city to work in. The street can be quite busy, but our building is tucked away enough that we can get our work done in peace. We deal with info-tech stuff, mainly helping people with their systems and setup issues. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and testing. Our office is functional. We have a couple of long tables, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of equipment. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture because it doesn't help us fix computers any better. Most of us have been working here for years. We know the quirks of the building and the neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for people to get to us, so we end up doing a lot of talking over the phone to guide them through things. We aren’t a big company with a HR department or anything like that. We are just a group of guys who know how tech works and want to help the local folks keep their stuff running. It’s a practical business. We don't use big words to impress people. We just tell them what’s wrong and how we can fix it. We’ve found that being straightforward is just the way we handle things in this line of work. It keeps life simple for everyone involved.
