Our office is situated at No 15, on the second floor in the Upadyara Sanga Layout. It’s in Nagarbhavi, Bangalore 560072. Being on the second floor means we have to climb some stairs every morning, which is our version of exercise. The office is a decent size for our team. We do infotech stuff, so there are always computers and servers humming in the background. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We aren't a big, fancy company. We just have our desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and our equipment. Nagarbhavi is a good area to be in. There are plenty of local shops and places to eat. We usually go out for lunch or bring something from home. We don't really have big meetings or corporate presentations. We just talk to each other to figure out what needs to be done next. Sometimes we have a lot of work and we stay late, other times it’s a bit more relaxed. We don't have a lot of rules about what to wear or how to talk. We just want to get the work done right. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We’ve been here for a while and we’re quite comfortable with the way things are. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. We just do our jobs.
