Eshwar Tours & Travels

Eshwar Tours & Travels is based out of 552 Kumarswamy Layout, specifically at 69th Cross and 14th Main in the 1st Stage. Our office is on the ground floor and you can usually see a couple of cars parked out front early in the morning. It’s a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice. I spend a lot of my time on the phone talking to drivers or trying to figure out a way to get someone to the airport on time. The office has a few chairs for people to sit while they wait and a big map on the wall that’s getting a bit faded. We don't have a big corporate staff, just a few of us making sure the vehicles are clean and the fuel tanks are full. Sometimes the traffic in Bangalore makes things difficult, but we try to plan around it as much as we can. We’ve been here in Kumarswamy Layout for a good number of years and most of the neighbors know us by now. It’s not a fancy operation with shiny brochures, we just write down the bookings in a diary and make sure the drivers know where they are going. Some days are stressful when a car breaks down or a driver is late, but usually, it’s just the routine of getting people from one place to another. We just keep the keys on a rack by the door.
