Erkadi Systems

Our place is at 109 in the first phase of Electronic City, right off Hosur Road. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially in the mornings. Erkadi Systems is basically a group of us who enjoy working on system hardware and software issues. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage the quality of what we do. The office isn't very large, but it fits all the equipment we need to test things out. We spend most of our days sitting in front of screens or taking apart gear to see why it isn't working right. Hosur Road is always loud, but once you get inside, it’s mostly just the sound of fans humming. We don't really do big advertisements or flashy presentations. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the tech park who need something fixed fast. We try to be honest about how long a job will take. If a part is going to take a week to get here, we just tell you that. There’s no point in making promises we can't keep. It's a practical way to run a business, I think. We’ve been at this for a few years now and we've learned a lot about what works and what doesn't in this industry. It's steady work and we like being part of the tech community here. It is just a normal office where we do our best.
