Enterprise Software Solutions Lab Private. Ltd (Essl)

Our team works out of the Shambavi Building, which is on 23rd Main in J P Nagar, 2nd Phase. It is a decent spot in Bangalore, not too far from Marenahalli. At Enterprise Software Solutions Lab, or Essl as we usually call it, we spend a lot of time staring at screens. The building at No. 24 is where we do all our coding and testing. It is not a high-tech lab like you see in movies; it is mostly just rows of computers, some half-empty coffee mugs, and a lot of whiteboards with scribbles on them. We have been here long enough to know which floor the elevator gets stuck on and where the best tea is downstairs. Software can be frustrating when things don't work, so there is a lot of sighing and scratching of heads around here. We are a private company, so we don't answer to a big board of directors. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. JP Nagar is a nice area, even if the 23rd Main gets pretty jammed up in the evenings. We stay late sometimes to finish a build, but we try to keep a balance. It is just a group of people trying to make software that actually works for once. We don't have a polished pitch, we just write code and fix bugs until the job is done.
