We are located on the second floor at 211 Kasturi Nagar, right on the Yeswanthpur Main Road. Enrace Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is basically a room full of computers and half-taken-apart hardware. You can hear the traffic from the main road all day long, especially the buses honking. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the hallway isn't lit very well, but once you get inside, it’s all bright screens and people focused on their work. We deal with a lot of technical issues, so there’s always someone complaining about a server or trying to figure out why a piece of code isn’t working. It’s not a polished environment; we have coffee mugs everywhere and stacks of manuals that nobody reads anymore. We take turns going down to the street level to get snacks or some fresh air when the office feels too cramped. The workspace is a bit messy, with wires tangled under the desks and spare parts sitting on the window sills. It’s just the reality of working with technology. We spend most of our time looking at monitors and typing away. It’s a small team, so we all know what each other is working on. We just try to keep the systems running and solve the problems that come our way every day. It's a lot of troubleshooting and staring at lines of text on a screen.
